You will contribute to our success by:
- Identifying potential customers: You will target strategic local players and leading brands across a wide range of industries and verticals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers: You will provide customized solutions to our customers by understanding their business needs and interests.
- Conducting product demonstrations: You will have access to all our features and cars to showcase the value of our product in an individualized manner.
- Collaborating accross teams: You will work closely accross various teams to generate leads, network and create marketing material.
- Ensuring regular reporting: You will keep track of sales activities in your region, pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Optimizing processes: You will actively promote the use of best practices and a collaborative environment.
What makes you stand out:
- 1+ years of experience in sales; experience with advertising sales for media or mobile solutions is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the DACH region.
- Strong understanding of DACH market dynamics, including client preferences and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; with the ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive the full sales cycle, from acquisition and lead generation to deal closure.
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset and knowledge of online formats, benchmarks and KPIs.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required.
