Your responsibilities:
- Managing and leading a team of marketing experts, nurturing their professional growth, and maximizing their potential. You will provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the team's cohesion and effectiveness.
- Crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with our business objectives - encompassing PR, Events, Content, as well as Brand and Design. You will foster strong relationships with media outlets, publishing companies, strategic partners, and customers to amplify our presence.
- Managing and nurturing both internal and external relationships with strategic partners, customers, and marketing agencies, capitalizing on collaboration opportunities and captivating narratives. Your expertise in building relationships and pitching stories across various channels will be essential.
- Creating innovative marketing campaigns and communication materials, including press releases, interviews, media statements, visual content, and more; to enhance our brand awareness and positioning across partner and customer-facing channels.
- Monitoring and analyzing KPIs and preparing comprehensive reports to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. You will use data-driven insights to optimize and improve our marketing strategies continuously.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or master's degree ideally in the field of marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years' proven experience leading marketing campaigns and PR initiatives in media, corporate, or agency settings. Knowledge of the DACH region will be advantageous.
- 5+ years' proven experience leading Marketing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the media landscape and the confidence to build strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and partners.
- Great understanding of the mobility, marketing, and tech sectors to be able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Expertise in the management of media monitoring tools as well as reporting to be able to track and analyze the impact of our marketing efforts.
- Hands-on attitude and keen attention to detail will ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in German is valued.
- You are based in Germany, preferably Munich or Berlin, to coordinate and collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders in the region.
