Your Responsibilities:
- Legal research & analysis on German corporate law, regulations, and compliance topics.
- Draft & review contracts (NDAs, employment contracts, sales terms) and support contract management.
- Support corporate legal matters including governance, policies, regulatory compliance, in collaboration with top law firms.
- Assist with IP & data privacy topics, including GDPR compliance and trademark administration.
- Collaborate with internal teams & external partners to support legal projects and process improvements.
Your Profile:
- Currently enrolled in a Law degree (for Bachelor min. 4th semester) or pursuing a state examination degree (Main Studies).
- Strong academic performance with a keen interest in corporate law, governance, and data privacy.
- Previous legal working experience is a big plus but not required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) skills, both written and spoken.
