We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team of Account Managers in Munich. You will play a magnificent role to ensure client retention, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and grow the revenues of the existing partners. As an Account Manager, you’ll consult with our existing customer base and potential customers in driving relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line. You will be working across sales, product, marketing and growth to drive customer engagement and expansion in the DACH & EU region. You will report directly to the Team Lead of Account Management.

Your role

  • Identifying potential and securing revenue: You spot opportunities for our existing customers and network to grow with our marketing solutions and bring in new revenue.
  • Support client campaigns' success: You optimize the performance of the campaigns in line with the client's goals and ensure that investments on our platform are sustainable for our clients and partners. You provide transparent campaigns to ensure premium customer service
  • Customer Support: You connect with customers via scalable channels to solve problems and increase the adoption to drive expansion and renewal. Additionally, you are a role model of strong customer-caring behavior and customer-oriented work.
  • Being the trusted advisor: You know the in-car ad space and actively promote and position our offerings to match client needs.
  • Shape our processes: You independently create marketing and onboarding strategies for businesses and get their feedback.
  • Develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers of our brand & agency account portfolio
  • Cooperation with teams: You partner closely with technical, sales and product teams to ensure we’re factoring customer feedback in ongoing product development
  • Up/cross-sell campaigns and products to ensure the growth of the accounts
  • Technical support: You develop professional technical knowledge related to the solutions offered by 4.screen and overall developments in the digital marketing domain

Your profile:

  • Solid understanding of the online advertising industry, esp. performance marketing
  • 3+ years of experience managing online advertising campaigns and client relationships
  • Track record of building lasting relationships and simultaneously growing multiple accounts for a wide range of customers
  • Ambitious mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Consultative approach; ability to navigate complex business needs and requirements
  • Experience partnering with technical stakeholders and customers
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within a tight timeframe
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in German and fluency in English
