You will contribute to our success by:
- Supporting and shaping the personnel administration: You contribute to processes optimizations, share your ideas and take over administrative tasks for processes such as onboarding or offboarding
- Driving the growth of our team: You are approaching and recruiting new talent across different channels, accompanying candidates along the process, and organizing the interview process
- Presenting 4screen as a top employer: You will support in developing new recruiting strategies (active sourcing, employer branding, etc.), analyze the effectiveness of different channels
- Promoting our corporate culture: You live our corporate culture and communicate it to the outside world. You help with the conception of regular team events, which create cohesion and team spirit within the team
- Managing our office: You make sure that our culture is represented in our office and that our team feels comfortable. You bring in new ideas and make our office a meeting point for our employees
- Expanding your horizon: You will be involved in various exciting People and Culture projects, giving you the opportunity to collect valuable insights.
What makes you stand out:
- You are currently an enrolled student in a bachelor's or master's program, ideally in the field of Business, Economics, Psychology or similar, ideally with a focus on Human Resources / Organisation
- Availability for at least 6 Months internship
- Proficiency in English (min. B2+) and German
- Previous internship or working student experience in HR or Recruiting (ideally in consulting, start-up, tech, or automotive industry) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Hands-On and Can-Do mindset
- Curiosity to learn, dive deep into new topics, and support putting insights into action
- Strong team player, who is happy sharing knowledge with others
