You will contribute to our success by:
- Leading project and product lifecycles: You lead projects and manage the whole product lifecycle including day-to-day operations.
- Shaping our product portfolio: You will brainstorm and enhance use cases and derive product requirements. Together with our team you build up our product offering and shape the 4screen product portfolio by contributing your innovative ideas.
- Being an automotive market specialist: You will identify and analyse new international partners in the automotive and mobility branch by market analyses that contribute to actionable decisions and help us to understand technology and mobility service landscapes better.
- Establishing partnerships: You will plan and establish long-term relationships with car brands and mobility service providers.
- Managing the technical integration: You capture and communicate requirements to our tech team and refine onboarding strategies for automotive manufacturers to integrate our solution.
- Being a product expert: You prepare and drive decisions for new products including innovations in the digital and automotive domain through conceptualizing, assessments and evaluations.
- Building the organization: We are live in the US, but will now significantly invest into this 4screen hub. As one of the first ones on the ground you will play a crucial role in building our US operations, the team and organizational structures.
What makes you stand out:
- Degree in Business (Administration) or Management – ideally in combination with Technology (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or related fields).
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, working inside or with an automotive company; experience with digital products would be a Plus.
- In-depth know-how about automotive product areas such as navigation systems, in-car payment, voice technologies, charging systems or others.
- Expertise in Project Management and Product Management including relevant processes, methods and frameworks to carry out holistic projects at the interface to automakers.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to address both executive and technical level audiences.
- Independent and self-responsible way of working as well as problem-solving skills.
- Passion for partnership management, automotive / mobility innovations and digital products and services.
- Strong sense of ownership and a can-do-mentality as well as feeling comfortable in a dynamic start-up environment.
- Fluency in English.
