Between 13 June 2026 and 18 August 2026, our website www.4screen.com was affected by a security incident. Unauthorized third parties had placed malicious code that collected technical access data (IP address, browser, device data). In addition, Windows users were shown a fake system window prompting them to execute a command. If the command was executed, malware may have been installed on the device.
If you visited our website during this period using a Windows device and followed a prompt to execute a command or download, please scan your device immediately with up-to-date antivirus software and then change the passwords used on that device.
The incident was limited to our public website. Our product infrastructure, including the 4screen Portal and our in-vehicle services, is completely separate from the website and was not affected.
